Hydraulic feed system

The feed press roller is driven by an advanced hydraulic motor. The direction and speed can be adjusted to handle branches of all shapes and sizes easily.

 

 

Reliable rotor

The rotor is processed by CNC lathe and undergoes strict dynamic balance inspection to ensure stable serving. Large fan on the back with a speed of over 540RPM, which can smoothly discharge the wood chips.

Blades

The chipper uses 4 high-strength manganese steel blades, spaced 90° apart. Blades can be replaced very quickly thanks to the clamshell rotor housing design.

Inlet

With the large inlet, it can easily process many branches, reducing manual pruning work.

 

Discharge chute

The discharge chute is designed to rotate 360°, which makes it more flexible regardless of the discharge direction of the chipper. Equipped with a rotating deflector at the end of the discharge chute, it can control the position where the wood chips are ejected.

Includes a PTO shaft with shear pins.
