Drum chipper with a maximum feed diameter of 400mm, suitable forcrushing branches, straws, logs, etc. The production of wood chips is 5t-30t per hour, which is suitable for the production line of 1t- 10t and used as primary crushing.
 

The wood crusher is used to crush wood log, branches, or wooden crops waste such as straw, palm leaves, corncob, and other branches.The output sawdust size can be controlled by the sieve inside. The finaloutputs can be used for making pellets, organic fertilizer, feed, mush-room substrate or charcoal rod.

Product Advantages

Knife roller

Two or three or four flying knives are installed on the knife stick, and theflying knives are fixed on the kniferoller through the pressure block with specially manufactured flying knife bolts.

Hydraulic system

The oil pump is supplied to the oilcylinder, and the cover can be acti-vated to facilitate the replacement of the blade; during maintenance, theupper feeding roller assembly can belifted to adjust the gap between theflying knife and the bottom knife andthe disassembly and assembly of the comb plate .

Upper and lower feeding mechanism

It is composed of feeding interface,upper and lower feeding rollers and feeding gap adjustment mechanism.The wood entering from the feeding interface is pressed by the upper and lower feeding rollers, and is fedto the cutting mechanism at a certainspeed. Control the size of the cutting wood chips; when processing thickwood, it is adjusted by the feeding gap adjustment mechanism.

Alloy steel blade

The alloy steel blade has ultra-high wear resistance, which can continuously crush 20,000-30,000 kilograms of materials, and the
