Homogeneous Glue Mixing

Utilize a specialized Glue Mixer (typically a roller type to protect fiber integrity) to thoroughly blend your prepared wood particles with resin, achieving an ideal mixed material moisture content of 8-10%.

High-Pressure Molding

This is the heart of your operation. Your precisely mixed material is placed into the pre-heated mold within the Compressed Pallet Machine and subjected to high temperature and pressure to form a dense, durable pallet.

Automated Demolding & Finishing

Once the preset molding time is reached, the mold opens automatically, and the finished pallet is ejected. A simple optional sanding step can be added for perfectly smooth edges if required.
