2012: We started with a rotor diameter of just 450mm, a feed port height of 200mm, and an output of 3000kg per hour.

2016: By then, we increased the rotor diameter to 630mm, raised the feed port height to 250mm, and expanded the inlet by 13cm.This boosted the output by 35%!

2020: We introduced a Smart Feeding System that automatically monitors the workload. If things get too intense, it slows down or stops the feed to prevent jams. Smooth sailing all the way!

With hydraulic forced feeding system, The feeding speed can be adjusted to meet the crushing of materials with different diameters. The higher the gear, the faster the speed and the higher the output.

Automatically monitor the work load of crushing mechanisms. When the load exceeds the alarm value, automatically reduce the feeding speed or stop feeding to avoid the stuck.
