Shavings-Drying-Screening-Bagging
1. Shavings : The pre-treated wood raw materials are fed in by the feeding equipment, and the blades of the shavings machine rotate at high speed, cutting the shavings into shavings and discharging them.
2. Drying: The shavings are fed into the drying equipment, and the moisture content is quickly reduced to 8%-12% (adjustable) so that the moisture content of the shavings meets the standard.
3. Screening : The dried shavings are graded, and unqualified products and impurities such as oversized debris and powder are efficiently separated to ensure the uniformity of the finished product.
4. Bagging : The screened finished shavings are compressed and packaged according to the standard weight for easy storage, transportation and sales.
